MFP14 Single Pump Combination Device

The MEP14 (single pump, double pump, triple pump) combination device is to install the MEP14 automatic pump, open water storage tank and other necessary accessories together in a rigid frame. Steam, compressed air or other gas is used as the power medium to recover condensed water. In order not to affect the normal operation of the front-end steam trap device, the combined pump device is designed to be open, and the water storage tank is not pressurized, so that the back pressure of the front-end steam trap valve is as low as possible under any working condition, so as to avoid the phenomenon of steam trap valve stagnation, and ensure the normal operation of the front-end process.

Product Description
Condensate recovery from heat exchangers and flash tanks Condensate recovery from multiple heat exchangers Discharge and recovery of condensate at atmospheric pressure
High-pressure condensed water enters the flash tank, and the secondary steam generated is used for heating in the heat exchanger. The condensed water and the condensed water at the bottom of the flash tank enter the MFP14 automatic pump combination device for recovery
to provide maximum energy recovery effect
MFP14 automatic pump combination can be used to recover condensate from multiple heat exchangers (or other process equipment) without cavitation or mechanical seal problems.
Assist open flash steam recovery to reduce or eliminate the “little white dragon” phenomenon.
Condensate recovery for various temperature control equipment
Pumping high temperature condensate to boiler room water tank
HVAC system
General industrial applications such as hospitals, hotels and building construction
High flow condensate recovery in petrochemical industry
