Vacuum breakers are used to break the vacuum in steam systems, which can effectively protect the equipment from being in a vacuum state when steam condenses. Its principle is similar to that of a one-way valve. When the internal pressure of the system is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the vacuum breaker opens. If the internal pressure of the system is high, the vacuum breaker is closed. Applicable to: heat exchangers, steam storage, boilers, sandwich pots, sterilization chambers, steam main lines.
