Installation Instructions
Note:
When installing, make sure the fluid flow direction is in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and make sure that the float arm is in a horizontal position to ensure that the float can rise and fall freely vertically.
One of the advantages of this float type steam trap for air and gas systems is that it can work properly without a bleed hole. However, a separate balancing pipe is required to prevent air or gas lock. Make sure that the balancing pipe is connected upstream of the steam trap.
The balancing pipe is very important for the correct operation of the product.
For easy maintenance, it is recommended to install a union on the balancing pipe close to the steam trap cover.
