APT Automatic Trap Pump

Based on the float trap, it also has the function of an automatic pump (condensate recovery pump function), and can autonomously switch between draining and pumping according to the working conditions of the equipment.

Driven by steam, it can remove condensate from the equipment under various working conditions (including vacuum). Drain mode: When the upstream system pressure is sufficient to overcome the back pressure, the APT is in drain mode (the principle is the same as the float type)

Pumping mode: When the upstream system pressure is lower than the back pressure, the APT can trigger the reversing connecting rod in time and quickly switch to the pumping mode. The introduced power steam will pump the condensed water in the system to the recovery system.

Features

The upper and lower double valve discs in a balanced state are subjected to the same surface pressure inside the valve body, and only a small force is required to open them. Even if the volume of the float is reduced, the large displacement function can still be ensured.

An anti-erosion baffle is installed in the valve body to prevent the steam flow from impacting the float.

Built-in automatic air exhaust device, quick start-up without air blockage, good performance in exhausting non-condensable gases.

Working principle

Y-type filter is an indispensable filtering device for the pipeline system of conveying medium. Y-type filter is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, positioning water valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium to protect the normal use of valves and equipment. Y-type filter is applicable to steam, water, oil, etc.

Working principle

Vacuum breakers are used to break the vacuum in steam systems, which can effectively protect the equipment from being in a vacuum state when steam condenses.

Its principle is similar to that of a one-way valve. When the internal pressure of the system is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the vacuum breaker opens. If the internal pressure of the system is high, the vacuum breaker is closed. It is used in: heat exchangers, steam storage tanks, boilers, sandwich pots, sterilization chambers, and steam main lines.
