SFT44 SFT46 Series Float Steam Trap

Maximum pressure difference 32bar, maximum displacement up to 31000Kg/h

Features

The parallel upper and lower double valve discs are subjected to the same surface pressure inside the valve body, requiring only a small force to open. Even if the volume of the float is reduced, the large displacement function can still be ensured.

An anti-erosion baffle is installed in the valve body to prevent steam flow from hitting the float.

Built-in automatic air exhaust device, quick start, no air blockage, good performance in exhausting non-condensable gases.

• SFT46 body, bonnet: austenitic stainless steel
• Valve seat: martensitic stainless steel
• Valve disc: martensitic stainless steel
• Other internal parts: stainless steel
•Steam lock breaker, with the letter “C” after the model number
. Note: The steam lock breaker is to prevent steam lock from occurring in the system. The valve that is equipped with a steam lock breaker still has an air exhaust device.
• Design pressure (PMA): 40bar
• Maximum operating pressure (PMO): 32bar
• Maximum operating temperature (TMO): 343℃
Note: During installation, make sure the fluid flow direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and ensure that the float arm is in a horizontal position to ensure that the float can rise and fall freely and vertically.
