Integral Forged Bellows Sealed Gate Valves

Features

The overall hot forging process has high material density and is particularly suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, toxicity, and strong permeability.

The bellows gate valve adopts an embedded threaded double-stem structure. The upper stem does not rise or fall when the gate is opened or closed, and the bellows does not rotate, which reduces the opening space and protects the bellows.

The upper valve stem is equipped with a clamping ring and a bearing structure, which is compact and has low torque.

The inner and outer guide structure is adopted, so that the bellows and the lower valve stem have good stability.

Using bellows with larger diameter and pitch can increase the allowable displacement of a single wave, which can effectively extend the service life of the bellows under the same stroke.

The outer guide sleeve designed for the bellows gate valve protects the bellows from direct erosion by the medium, thus greatly improving the service life of the bellows.
