FT14HC FT14 Series Float Steam Traps

Maximum pressure difference 14bar, maximum displacement up to 3800Kg/h

Features

An anti-erosion baffle is installed in the valve body to prevent the steam flow from impacting the float.

The main valve is below the liquid level, steam will not reach the main valve, and within the working pressure range, steam can close the exhaust valve without steam leakage.

It can continuously discharge condensate that is close to saturation state, and the cooling degree is small.

Product Description
Materials Selection Restrictions Installation Instructions
• Valve body, valve cover: carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel
• Valve seat: martensitic stainless steel
• Valve disc: martensitic stainless steel
•Steam-breaking steam lock device, with the letter “C” after the model number. Note: The steam-breaking steam lock device is used to prevent the occurrence of basic steam lock in the system. The valve that is equipped with a steam-breaking steam lock device still has an air exhaust device. • Maximum operating pressure (PMO): 14.6bar
• Maximum operating temperature (TMO): 343℃
Note: When installing, make sure the fluid flow direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and ensure that the float arm is horizontal so that the float can rise and fall freely and vertically.
