The double steam-water separation mechanism (the working principle of the U-shaped channel and the inverted barrel) ensures the separation of steam and water without steam entrainment and leakage.

SCCV closes flexibly, with less wear and longer service life.

An extra-large discharge design is added based on the SCCV design, so that the pilot valve disc and the main valve disc can work separately and independently to respond to changes in the amount of condensate generated.

Installation Instructions
Keep the valve body vertical during installation to ensure the vertical movement of the bucket. The inlet and outlet of the valve are horizontal, and the steam trap is installed below the drainage point to maintain the water seal in the valve.
