Features

The upper and lower double valve discs in a balanced state are subjected to the same surface pressure inside the valve body, and only a small force is required to open them. Even if the volume of the float is reduced, the large displacement function can still be ensured.

An anti-erosion baffle is installed in the valve body to prevent the steam flow from impacting the float.

Built-in automatic air exhaust device, quick start-up without air blockage, good performance in exhausting non-condensable gases.

. Note: The steam lock breaker is to prevent steam lock from occurring in the system. The valve that is equipped with a steam lock breaker still has an air exhaust device.

• Maximum operating temperature (TMO): 250℃
Note: During installation, make sure the fluid flow direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and ensure that the float arm is in a horizontal position to ensure that the float can rise and fall freely and vertically.
