The SRV2S series pressure reducing valve is a compact and lightweight direct-acting pressure reducing valve.

The valve disc and seat are made of stainless steel, and the pressure sensing uses an external pressure bellows, ensuring reliable durability. The SRV2S wetted parts are made of stainless steel, making it ideal for applications such as food processing machinery and medical equipment.

SRV2S is suitable for the following applications

● Food machinery

● Washing machines

● Medical equipment

● Small size

● Air conditioner

● Lightweight

● Low flow control

The SRV2S direct-acting pressure reducing valve operates on the principle of direct feedback regulation of the outlet pressure. It senses the pressure difference through a stainless steel bellows, drives the valve disc to actuate, and thus adjusts the valve opening to maintain downstream pressure stability.

Working principle:

● Stress perception

The stainless steel bellows is in direct contact with the outlet medium. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value, the bellows deforms due to the medium pressure, generating a driving force. This driving force, generated by the deformation of the actuator, pushes the valve disc to move, adjusting the valve opening via a spring. When the outlet pressure is lower than the set value, the valve disc opens, increasing the flow rate; conversely, it closes, decreasing the flow rate.

● Voltage regulation control

By repeatedly adjusting the valve opening, the outlet pressure is maintained near the set value. This dynamic adjustment mechanism is particularly suitable for applications with small to medium flow rates and low precision requirements.
